Shipping Policy
At The Folk Brush, every piece is made to order and carefully produced for you. Please review our shipping information below before placing an order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders shipped to any other country cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Production and shipping times
Because our items are printed on demand, each order includes two stages:
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time (USA standard): 2–7 business days
- Estimated total delivery: up to 10 business days
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays. We currently offer standard shipping only — expedited or rush options are not available.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within the United States is $4.99 for orders under $99. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us at hello@thefolkbrush.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update it. Once production begins, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 10 business days after shipping, please contact us at hello@thefolkbrush.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Replacement shipments for packages lost in transit are provided at no additional cost to the customer, once the loss is confirmed.
