Refund Policy

At The Folk Brush, every item is made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us at hello@thefolkbrush.com before ordering — we are happy to help.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, email hello@thefolkbrush.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case. Replacements are provided at no additional cost to the customer, and there is no need to return the original item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as all items are made to order. If you would like a different size or color, the easiest option is to place a new order.

Lost packages

If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 10 business days after shipping, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Replacement shipments for confirmed lost packages are provided at no additional cost.

Incorrect or incomplete address

If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
