Returns

Do You Accept Returns?

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you can request a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

We don’t offer exchanges because items are made to order. Please double-check the size chart before ordering. If you want a different size/color, the easiest option is to place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a printing issue?

Please contact us with a photo of the item and the packaging as soon as possible after delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Shipping

What Are Your Shipping Times?

Our items are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and standard shipping within the US takes 2–7 business days. Estimated total delivery is up to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can try. Send us the new address ASAP. Once production starts, we can’t guarantee changes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $79 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

What Kind of Fabrics Do You Use?

We use print-on-demand blanks from trusted suppliers. Fabric content can vary by product and color, but you’ll always see the details on each product page.

How is the design printed?

Most apparel uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which works great for detailed artwork and soft color blends.

How do I care for my items?

To keep prints looking fresh:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Gentle cycle, mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry
  • Don’t iron directly on the print

Will colors look exactly the same in real life?

We do our best, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Printed results may vary a little from one batch to another (normal in print-on-demand).

How do I choose the right size?

Please use the size chart on the product page and compare it with a similar item you already own. If you’re between sizes, sizing up usually gives a more relaxed fit.

Are your items handmade?

Most of our designs at The Folk Brush are original and created by us. Some start as hand-painted illustrations. Others with the support of collaborators who follow our creative direction.

Once the artwork is finished, it is produced on demand by our trusted print partner. This process helps reduce waste and avoid overproduction, while keeping the warm, handmade feel of the original art.
